Get ready to fight back! This class is different. There is no powerpoint, it will be all hands on. We work for 3 solid hours to learn and perfect our form of effective self defense strikes through repetition. There will be no one under 18 permitted and the group is kept small so you get individual instruction. -
This "class" is a small setting practice day that focuses on scenario-based training. We will run through "What would you do if...?" scenarios for a Walmart parking lot altercation, ATM theft, Carjacking, etc. Part of being prepared to respond is going through the unthinkable before it happens so you don't panic if it does. -
