This practice day will be packed full of building your skills as a newer shooter. Emphasis will be placed on how to “tighten up your grouping” and we will  work towards understanding how to improve your  “1st shot accuracy from the holster”. When you’re involved in a deadly threat encounter, your presentation from the holster & 1st shot accuracy are all that matters! There will be scenario based drills focusing on HOW to function under an elevated heart rate & may even be a contest at the end depending on time!

**Competency Requirement *

I have had a formal beginner handgun class. This class IS ONLY for those intending to carry a firearm on the body, and for those with beginner handgun knowledge. I know the 4 NRA Safety Rules. I know how to confidently work my gun and I know how to confidently hit my target. IF NOT, please take “Beginner Handgun” or email the instructor.

I have taken Beginner Handgun and have had Holster Draw training. I must be proficient in handling my gun from concealment to take this class. *

Refund Policy *

There are no refunds unless I am unable to teach.

Once your class /lesson is confirmed I will use our email as confirmation. If your cancel notice isn’t within the below parameters, a rebooking fee applies or registration fees paid are forfeited. So PLEASE try and make every effort to be at your class/lesson.

In order to cancel, please text 817-681-5143 AND email [email protected].

CLASSES: 72 hours notice is needed for a class.
-If you are before the 72 hour mark, you may transfer to the next available class that has room.
-If you cancel before the 48 hour mark, you may rebook to the next available class that has room for $50.
-If you cancel within 24 hours of class start time, all registration fee’s are forfeited.

LESSONS:
-If 24 hour notice is given, you may rebook for FREE once. If another rebooking is needed after that, a $50 rebook fee applies.
-If +2 hours notice is given for a lesson you may rebook for $50.
-If -2 hours notice is given all registration fee’s are forfeited.

Equipment Needed: Firearm WITH TWO MAGAZINES, holster, eyes/ear protection, water to hydrate

Please allow time for lunch nearby afterwards (everyone pays their own). Sharing a meal with your shooting family after a morning of putting in the “work” is like a family reunion. Please join us!
 
Rental Info (if available): Yes and include a holster & ammunition for $40. (These will be the Taurus TX22).
