Equipment Needed: Dress in athletic Wear & Hydrate!

Please wear athletic clothes, tennis shoes & bring water. Watch the weather and be sure to hydrate the DAY BEFORE, especially if it’s hot outside. We will WORK! If you wait until the day of, you’ll already be behind.
