    Mindy Kay Ray is a DPS Certified Texas LTC Instructor, DPS Certified TX School Safety Certification Instructor, NRA Certified Refuse to Be A Victim Instructor, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, NRA Certified Pistol, Shotgun & Rifle Instructor, and The Well Armed Woman Certified Instructor that specializes in Firearm Training for Women in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
