Class is set to an all female environment. Upon class completion you will have the skills to confidently handle, control and successfully shoot the AR15 (also referred to as carbine). Other topics covered will be:
1. History & familiarization of the AR15 platform.
2. Proper load & make ready.
3. Touching on how to clear malfunctions.
4. Marksmanship with different sites.
5. As time & class flow allows, moving with the rifle.
Please come prepared with 125 rounds of ammunition in .223/.556 FMJ (full metal jacket) NO tracer rounds, NO steel core, NO green tips. Email me if you have questions.
Bring eye protection, ear protection, snacks and water!
Bring your rifle if you have one! You do NOT have to own a rifle. There will be rifles for your to demo so you can decide what you like in this platform (tiggers, stocks, sites, handguards, etc. ) If you do bring yours, it needs to have at least one type of site on it, iron, red dot, or scope (email me with questions).
Range appropriate attire please.
Range fees are included in your registration fee.
IF it RAINS, we TRAINS!
Cancellation: 50% of class fee is a non-refundable deposit (all efforts will be made to transfer you to another class).
No-Show: Participants who do not show to the event without prior 72-hour notice forfeit their total registration fees.
Please Note:
I am a “one man show”, wife, & mother. If I get sick or there are unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that cause a class to be cancelled, please have grace.
All efforts will be made to reschedule the class with as much notice as possible.
If a reschedule is not possible for you, a refund will be issued via paper check within 14 business days.
